After looking for a house on and off for two years, we finally decided to look again and start fresh with a new agent. Stephanie was referred to us by a friend. We were looking for someone that would appreciate our budget and needs (after all the looking in the past we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted in a home and an agent).

Before we even went to see a house, Stephanie sat down with us to review our questionnaire, budget etc. and outlined her role and responsibilities.

Stephanie went the extra mile to research the school districts; as well as provided suggestions to expand the neighbourhoods to look at.

She was with us through the entire process, from initiating discussions with the selling agent before putting forth an offer, the house inspection, on going questions, and suggesting other resources to help us with our home buying experience.

We are pleased that we have finally begun the home ownership experience and that Stephanie helped us to get there.
